My wife made the best tasting no bake energy bites recently. They are super easy to make and taste great.
Here is our recipe:
1 cup Steel cut oats (or oatmeal)
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/3 cup Honey
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 tsp vanilla
Mix together in a large bowl & Form into balls
Store in Fridge or Freezer.
Once you have made them into balls you can eat them right away (like I do) or you can let them set in the fridge or freezer.
They are delicious and super healthy. I love to just grab a few for a snack or as pre-workout fuel.
